Installation Instructions: How to Fit Your Footpad
-
Clean the Footwell
Remove any existing pads or residue. Clean the surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol or mild detergent, then let it dry completely. -
Trim to Fit (if needed)
Use scissors or a sharp blade to shape the pad to your footwell layout. Mark your outline with chalk or pencil first for accuracy. -
Peel & Stick or Glue On
-
If using the self-adhesive version, peel off the backing and press the pad firmly into place, starting from one end and smoothing as you go.
-
If using glue-on, apply a thin, even layer of marine-grade contact adhesive to both the pad and the footwell. Let it tack off (per glue instructions), then press together firmly.
-
-
Set & Paddle
Let adhesive cure for 6–24 hours depending on conditions. Then you’re good to go — with added comfort and traction under every stroke.
Train longer. Paddle harder. Stay connected.
