Installation Guide: How to Attach Your Wave Deflector

1. Clean the Deck
   Wipe down the area near the front of your cockpit using isopropyl alcohol or mild soap and water. Let it dry completely.

2. Position the Deflector
   Place the deflector just ahead of the cockpit opening, centered on the bow. Test the fit and ensure it doesn’t obstruct paddling or foot movement.

3. Apply Adhesive
   Use marine-grade epoxy, Sikaflex, 3M VHB tape, or a waterproof gel adhesive. Apply evenly to the base of the deflector.

4. Secure in Place
   Press down firmly. Use masking tape to hold it in place while the adhesive sets (typically 12–24 hours depending on the product).

5. Cure & Paddle
   Once cured, your deflector is ready for action — giving you a drier, more efficient ride through any conditions.
